METHOD · ONE WAY OF WORKING
From data to decision.
Four steps. One method. Fifteen years of craft.
CAPTURE
Listen everywhere people speak.
12 platforms. 18 languages. Reviews, social posts, surveys, customer support tickets, scientific literature, patents. Every signal that mentions your category lands in a single bronze layer — typed, deduplicated, lineage-tracked.
When Reviews delivers a perception shift, you can trace it back to the 47 verbatims and the 3 platforms that drove it. No black box.
ANALYZE
Aspect by aspect, not sentiment by sentiment.
Proprietary ABSA (Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis) decomposes every verbatim into attribute / opinion / emotion / context tuples. NER pipelines extract products, brands, ingredients, claims. The output: a structured opinion graph, queryable by your category taxonomy.
Instead of "3.4 stars on average", you see "texture wins on hydration but loses on absorption rate vs Competitor X."
NARRATE
Editorial titles, not metric labels.
A classifier maps the data pattern to a narrative archetype. A template generator produces the headline. The result: a section title that tells you what is interesting, not what is shown. FT / NYT / Le Monde editorial register, no jargon.
"Texture is winning, but only above €50." — not "Texture aspect, sentiment 0.72, segment price > 50."
DECIDE
Human in the loop, always.
Every insight ships with sources, confidence, and method displayed. Every artifact is downloadable, citable, board-ready. The platform never decides for you — it makes the decision so well-framed that yours becomes obvious.
EU AI Act compliant by design (Article 50, applicable August 2026): transparency is architectural, not bolted on.
